How We Use Your Personal Information
Providing Products and Services. We use your personal information to provide you with the Services and to perform our contract with you. This includes processing your payments, fulfilling your orders, sending notifications related to your account, purchases, returns, exchanges, or other transactions, creating and managing your account, arranging shipping, and facilitating returns and exchanges. We may also enhance your shopping experience by enabling Shopify to match your account with other Shopify services you choose to use. In that case, Shopify will process your information as set out in its own Privacy Policy and Consumer Privacy Policy.
Marketing and Advertising. We may use your personal information for marketing and promotional purposes, such as sending marketing and promotional communications by email, text message, or postal mail, and showing you advertisements for products or services. Where required by law, we send marketing communications only with your consent, or on the basis of an existing customer relationship in relation to similar products where this is permitted. You can withdraw your consent or unsubscribe from marketing at any time, as described in Managing Communication Preferences below. For website and advertising personalisation, we rely on your consent where required, and otherwise on our legitimate interest in promoting our products.
Security and Fraud Prevention. We use your personal information to detect, investigate, and take action regarding possible fraudulent, illegal, or malicious activity. If you register an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials safe. We recommend that you do not share your username, password, or other access details with anyone. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately. Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis, this processing is carried out in our legitimate interest in keeping our Site secure for you and other customers.
Communicating with You and Service Improvement. We use your personal information to provide customer support and improve our Services. Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis, this is done in our legitimate interest in being responsive to you, providing effective services, and maintaining our business relationship with you.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Like many websites, we use Cookies on our Site. For specific information about the Cookies we use to power our store with Shopify, see https://www.shopify.com/legal/cookies. We use Cookies to power and improve our Site and Services, including to remember your actions and preferences, to run analytics, and to better understand how users interact with the Services. We may also permit third parties and service providers to use Cookies on our Site to tailor services, products, and advertising on our Site and other websites.
Where required by law, including for visitors in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, we set non essential Cookies, including advertising and analytics Cookies such as the Meta pixel, only after you have given your consent through our cookie banner. You can withdraw your consent or change your preferences at any time through the cookie settings on our Site.
Most browsers automatically accept Cookies by default, but you can set your browser to remove or reject Cookies through your browser controls. Removing or blocking Cookies can affect your experience and may cause some features or functionality to work incorrectly or become unavailable. Blocking Cookies may not completely prevent how we share information with third parties such as our advertising partners.
Our Site recognises the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, which allows you to opt out of certain uses or disclosures of your information. If you notify us of your preference through GPC, we will treat it as a valid request to opt out of sharing and targeted advertising for the associated browser or device, and where we can associate the device with a Shopify account, we will apply the opt out to that account as well. To learn more about Global Privacy Control, visit https://globalprivacycontrol.org/. Other than Global Privacy Control, we do not respond to other "Do Not Track" signals that may be sent from your browser or device.
