Please note that products will be shipped within 7 days, as each item is made to order. Delivery will take 2 weeks as we're a made to order basis. If your product is damaged during shipping, we will send a replacement at no extra cost, no questions asked. Simply email us with images of the damage, such as broken packaging, a shattered light bulb, or a cracked lamp shade or broken bases. Once we receive your email, we’ll process your request and send the necessary replacement promptly.

For international orders, we follow the shipping rates provided by Singapore Post. Below are the current rates listed in SGD as of August 31, 2024. Malaysia and Brunei: $13.70/kg or $23.60/2kg Asia & The Pacific (excluding Australia, Japan, New Zealand): $26.10/kg or $48.60/2kg Australia, Japan, New Zealand, & Rest of the World: $35.10/kg or $66.60/2kg
